AGM Notice

The Club AGM will be held at The Blackrock Inn (Mahon Golf Club) on

Thursday February 25th @ 7.00pm - 9.30pm.

Due to water damage to our club pavilion (during the recent adverse weather conditions) we are gratful to the proprietors of

The Blackrock Inn to facilitate us for our upcoming AGM.

We are however restricted in the time available to us on the night so the agenda will be strictly adhered to.

In the event that anyone has questions arising from the club reports and financial statement please forward these questions in writing by email or by letter to the committee no later than Sunday February 21st. They will be dealt with under A.O.B.

Please note only fully paid up members for 2009 are eligable to attend the AGM.
